I imagine that many people, like myself, are moving to RSS to keep up with the news without the algorithm or rush or “urgency.”
I’d like to request a toggle to disable the unread counters to provide a calmer interface.
This has come up often — and so I’ve long wanted to add an option for just a dot instead of an unread count. I’m sure we’ll get to it at some point, maybe even this year 
I support this! Would be nice to have the ability to pick from Count, Dots or None.
