Open Settings > Advanced, and make sure sure Crash Logs Send automatically is checked. This makes it easy and non-annoying.
iOS
You might think you’re sending crash logs — but we might be getting just whatever you typed plus a little info. It’s frustrating for me because I know the person thinks they sent a crash log, but they didn’t.
Here’s what to do:
Open the system Settings app. Go to Privacy & Security and scroll down pretty far to Analytics & Improvements.
Make sure that Share iPhone Analytics (or Share iPhone & Watch Analytics) is enabled.
Then scroll down and make sure Share With App Developers is enabled.
Then I’ll get crash logs. Thanks!
