Also, folders no longer have unread counts
You can hide the sidebar — does that help?

It helps with that one area, but it’s still less usable.
Also, are the feeds now much further apart? There seems to be a lot of white space between them
The trouble with hiding the sidebar is that the best way to do it is with the button at the top left. But that’s not where my fingers are, they (especially the thumbs) are usually in the lower half of the screen at the edges. So the temptation is to try and drag the sidebar away to the left. But half the time this results in dragging one of the feeds, exposing its menu and risking deleting it. I may get used to it, and learn to stop dragging the wrong part, but it’s irritating when a fifth of the screen has been lost to “no selection” and is wasted.
