iOS: Marking as read in one folder can mark another folder as read

First of all, thank you for NetNewsWire.

I believe this might be a bug: if I go to the bottom of a folder and mark all as read and then quickly switch to another folder, the new folder will be marked as read and not the old one.

This is on an iPad with version 7.0.1
