I’d love a pref to hide the Smart Feeds section. For years I’ve just left it sitting there, but the most recent interface changes make it take up a lot more space, even when closed.
I don’t use it at all. Could you consider adding a toggle to make it go away?
There’s a triangle to the right that you can click to close it. On Mac it doesn’t appear until mouse-over (per Apple’s design for this), but it’s there.
I’m in the same boat, I think. I don’t use the “Smart Feeds” and have always had them collapsed (as there is no way to close them).
A preference to make it go away entirely would be nice.
