Feeds disappearing after moving in a folder

Hello,

I use NNW (latest betas) on two devices (MB Pro und MB Air, newest MacOS) and on an iPhone (newest iOS). Sync via iCloud only. No feeds “on my device only”.

Some days ago on my MB Air I added some feeds. They do not appear on my MB Pro. For testing I added a new feed on my MB Air, it appeared also on my MB Pro. Then I moved it in a folder on my MB Pro - it disappeared on my MB Air.

When starting a Refresh I see “xx of 62” on my MB Air. On my MB pro I see “xx of 56”.

Now, after some testing, I see that feeds, after moving to a folder, will disappear on other device (MacOS only). Moving this back to the root of iCloud these appear again. iOS seems to be ok.

Thanks for the report! We’ll check it out. Feeds should not be disappearing.

I made some more tests. Specific feed only disappear on device B after moving these in a folder on device A, like this Neuigkeiten or this Aktuelles zum Thema Wirtschaft in Heidelberg (news published by the City of Heidelberg).

I moved e.g. “The Eclectic Light Company” from the “root” to a folder and this works fine on both devices.

And what I did with these feeds: I changed the name!

@brent : I made some more tests and the problem is (was) related to the folder. The “connection” was lost due to a sync problem (so both folders with the same title were not linked). I deleted this specific folder, created a new one and all feeds are visible on both devices.

I could see small sync problems when the other device was not finished receiving the updates/changes from the iCloud/other device. For me, best is to run NNW just on one device , or to wait with making changes on the other device until I am sure that both are uptodate.
