It would be helpful for when reporting issues to make it easier to report the version number of NNW. I suggest:
- on macOS making the line with the version number in the About page selectable and copiable.
- on iOS either making the line with the version number at the bottom of the Settings also selectable and copiable or also including this line in the About NetNewsWire sub-page and making it selectable and copiable there.
