Can I export NetNewsWire data from one mac to another, without using iCloud? [solved]

Howdy,

I got a new laptop, and would like to move my NetNewsWire setup - existing subscriptions, starred items, etc. - over to it, without using iCloud. Is this possible? Or is iCloud the only way?

I got impatient and answered my own question, I think; I copied the entirety of the ~/Library/Containers/com.ranchero.NetNewsWire-Evergreen folder from one computer to the other, and it seems to have worked.

I guess “File > Export Subscriptions” and then “File > Import Subscriptions” would be a good solution too.

Export and Import Subscriptions allows you to export and import the feed URLs and the folder structure, but that doesn’t include read/unread/starred status or the cached feed content.

Sorry, i feel silly now. Had not seen the „Starred“ in the original question.
